How do I place an order?

Go to pulsecorepro.com, click Buy Now, enter your details, and complete payment through our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

No. PulseCore™ Pro sells exclusively online and only through pulsecorepro.com.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, Spain, and the United States. Available shipping options appear automatically at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. On supported devices, you may also use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay in cash or on delivery?

No. All payments must be completed online using the available payment methods.

Can I change my order or address?

Yes, if the order has not been processed yet. If you need to correct your address or cancel your purchase, please contact info.pulsecore@gmail.com as soon as possible. After shipment, changes are no longer possible.

Can I buy more than one item?

Yes. Select the desired quantity at checkout. If you wish to purchase additional units or a different promotion after completing an order, simply place a new order.

Where do products ship from?

We operate with logistics centers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your order will ship from the closest available warehouse based on your location.

I only received part of my order. Is that normal?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking code.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Returns for withdrawal are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered item matches the order. To start a request, email info.pulsecore@gmail.com.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Please check your tracking status first. If delivery exceeds the estimated window of 5 to 12 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
